Soul to Soul Harmony

By using this website, booking a session or retreat, or participating in any offerings held by Soul to Soul Harmony, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These offerings include but are not limited to: sacred ceremonies, breathwork, somatic sessions, embodiment work, retreats, and integration support.

Please read this agreement carefully. Your participation signifies that you have read, understood, and voluntarily accepted all conditions outlined below.

All ceremonies and sessions offered are part of a spiritual practice and are held in a sacred, intentional, and ceremonial context. These experiences are voluntary and offered under the protection of the First Amendment of the United States Constitution, which upholds freedom of spiritual and religious expression.

No claims or guarantees are made regarding physical, emotional, or spiritual outcomes. You acknowledge that your participation is entirely voluntary and that experiences may vary greatly. You agree to approach this work with an open heart and mind, recognizing that transformation may include both ease and discomfort.

Participation in sacred medicine ceremonies and somatic practices may involve physical, emotional, and psychological intensity. Common experiences may include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, trembling, sweating, dizziness, mental disorientation, strong emotional release, or deep fatigue.

By agreeing to these terms, you accept full responsibility for your experience and any outcomes, anticipated or unanticipated. You confirm that you are choosing to participate of your own free will and take full responsibility for your readiness, capacity, and wellbeing before, during, and after the experience.

You agree not to drive or leave the premises without clearance from the facilitators and will arrange safe transportation if needed.

You affirm that you are in good physical and mental health and are not aware of any medical or psychiatric condition that could place you at risk. You take full responsibility for your personal wellbeing and decision to participate.

Should an emergency arise, you authorize facilitators to seek appropriate care or support on your behalf. You understand that these services are not a replacement for licensed medical or psychological care.

You agree to maintain the privacy and confidentiality of all other participants. This includes not sharing names, personal stories, or experiences of others in any format or context outside of the space.

You agree to honor the sacred container, follow facilitator guidance at all times, and remain present until you are formally released. Your presence in this space reflects your commitment to personal responsibility, community respect, and spiritual integrity.

This includes any claims based on negligence, gross negligence, breach of duty, or any failure to act. You acknowledge that the Releasees do not carry personal liability insurance covering your participation and that you may seek your own coverage if desired.

You fully assume all risks associated with participating in sacred ceremonies, breathwork, or related activities. You understand that even with care and professionalism, unpredictable responses can arise.

You agree to hold the Releasees harmless from any legal claim, cost, or demand, including reasonable attorney’s fees, that may arise from your participation or breach of these terms.

Soul to Soul Harmony does not diagnose or treat medical or mental health conditions and does not provide clinical or licensed therapeutic services. These offerings are spiritual and educational in nature and are not a substitute for medical or psychological care.

You are encouraged to consult with your personal healthcare provider before engaging in any of these practices.
